RPMS is excited to welcome a new staff member, Executive Assistant Leah Gonzalez. An Air Force veteran with a background in real estate, Leah has already proven to be a valuable addition to the RPMS team.
Leah grew up south of Seattle and joined the Air Force when she was 21. In 2005 she was deployed to Iraq where she served as an air traffic controller and also met her husband. After returning from deployment, Leah attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and earned a business degree. She spent time working for the FAA and eventually earned her real estate license, moving to San Diego in 2011.
With a desire to continue working in real estate or a related industry, Leah found RPMS and jumped at the opportunity to take on the role of executive assistant. Her background allows her to understand the business, while her time as an air traffic controller taught her to think on her feet and adapt quickly.
When she’s not working, Leah enjoys doing craft projects and painting, as well as spending time outdoors with her family on hikes, bike rides, or camping trips. She also volunteers with a cat rescue group called Saving One Life. You can check out their new first-of-its-kind cat cocktail lounge, Whiskers and Wine in University Heights. RPMS is thrilled to have Leah join the team.
