RPMS SPONSORS LOCAL SOFTBALL & LITTLE LEAGUE TEAMS

Reliable Property Management Services was excited to sponsor a girls softball team through San Dieguito Youth Softball, as well as a boys baseball team through Encinitas National Little League. In spite of COVID-19 affecting the season, RPMS is proud to continue to promote youth sports.

While San Dieguito Youth Softball (www.sdyssoftball.com) typically serves around 200 players and ENLL hosts close to 500, the season was put on pause in March due to California health mandates. As soon as county health guidelines allowed, a handful of teams were able to resume practice while observing necessary health protocols to ensure the safety of all participants.

Sponsorship by local businesses is a critical element of these programs, helping to defray operation costs that include new equipment, safety gear, uniforms, umpire fees, awards, field repair, and field upgrades. Many expenses are typically paid upfront so in spite of the unusual season, costs remain similar to an active season for both leagues.

Both programs seek to provide high caliber instruction for local youth while emphasizing the importance of building character and staying active. The funds provided by sponsors like RPMS are important for helping to cover approximately $110,000 per season in operation costs. RPMS ADDS PROMINENT CARLSBAD NEIGHBORHOOD TO ITS PORTFOLIO

Reliable Property Management Services is pleased to have recently assumed management of the Evans Point Homeowners Association. This prestigious Carlsbad community offers stunning single-family homes just a few miles from the beach.

Evans Point is made up of homes built from 1996 to 1999. The community features one and two-story homes that ranging from three to five bedrooms. Neighborhood children attend the highly-rated local schools in the Carlsbad Unified School District.

RPMS TO SPONSOR LOCAL SOCCER TEAM

This fall Reliable Property Management Services is proud to sponsor a boys recreational soccer team through Encinitas Express Soccer. RPMS is excited to partner with a sports program that serves such a large number of kids from the local community.

Encinitas Express has been providing top notch recreational and competitive soccer programs since 1977. With more than 1700 players ranging in age from 5 to 19, Encinitas Express is committed to the development of soccer skills, as well as self-esteem, character, and drive. Recreational teams play 10-11 games each season with an “all-star” tournament in late fall. Competitive teams play league games during the fall, but also participate in several off season tournaments in Southern California.

Sponsorship contributions help offset the cost of the Encinitas Express financial aid program. This year, donations from sponsors will allow 175 kids to take part in recreational soccer teams who would otherwise not be able to participate. RPMS is proud to support Encinitas Express in its mission to provide a high caliber soccer program to local youth regardless of income level.
