RPMS is excited to introduce Community Manager, Colby Angel. Born in California, raised in Virginia, Colby has been an asset from the moment he joined the company. He originally started as an Executive Administrator, quickly earning a reputation for reliability, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever he was needed. His strong performance and dedication led to his recent promotion to Community Manager, where he now supports associations with the same professionalism and care that defined his earlier role.

Colby returned to San Diego in 2025 after running his own landscaping business in Virginia. As a small business owner, he was responsible for managing all facets of the company, including administration, financial tasks, and sales. His experience with the behind-the-scenes elements laid the foundation for his current role, where he assists property owners with accounting and tech issues, as well as providing transition support.

Colby also attended cosmetology school and worked for a few years as a barber, furthering his customer service skills and his ability to work with all kinds of people. He enjoys helping the Owners and having the chance to develop relationships. Colby values the collaborative team environment at RPMS and the opportunity to grow within a company that genuinely invests in its people.

Outside of work, Colby enjoys camping and hiking all over California. He’s learning to surf and takes every chance he gets to play golf. As a resident of downtown Oceanside, he appreciates the vibrant night life and trying out new spots around North County. RPMS is excited to introduce Crystal Bentle, who serves as a Community Manager and Transition and Escrow Coordinator. Crystal’s background in account management and customer service makes her a wonderful fit for the RPMS team.

Crystal grew up helping her family on their cherry farm in Sunnyvale, California. She then attended Chico State, graduating with a degree in Organizational Communication and a Minor in Human Resources. She worked for Marriott International for many years as an Account Executive and later served as the General Manager for an educational services company. She credits both positions with providing her extensive experience in customer service. Crystal also feels her time as PTA President at a local elementary school paved the way for her current role of Community Manager, as she learned much about managing budgets, overseeing a Board of Directors, and following protocols.

Crystal currently manages five residential properties, assisting the communities with their day-to-day needs and overseeing the operations of the Board for each property. As a Transition and Escrow Coordinator, she works with other RPMS team members to assist new clients during their onboarding process and facilitate the transition of outgoing clients. She proactively gathers every key property detail to ensure a smooth, efficient, and stress-free escrow process.

Outside of work, Crystal likes to spend time with her husband and two teenage children. She enjoys wine tasting and traveling and is looking forward to visiting Japan this summer. She loves to be outdoors and takes as many walks with her dog as possible. Crystal is a valued member of the team and exemplifies the RPMS commitment to dedication and care with every client.

RPMS is pleased to introduce Associate Community Manager, Eric Oliva. Originally from Chile with an extensive background in administration, Eric is a wonderful addition to the RPMS team. 

Eric was born and raised in Chile and spent much of his career as an officer in the Chilean Navy while also earning his Masters in Business Administration. He retired as a Lieutenant in 2022 and moved to the United States shortly after to be closer to his wife’s family and seek new opportunities. Since his retirement as a Naval Officer, Eric spent some time in sales before ultimately deciding it wasn’t the right fit. He found RPMS through a mutual colleague and is enjoying his new role.  

Eric’s various positions in the Navy provided him with the administration skills needed to help manage several commercial properties. With strengths in management and budgeting, the Associate Community Manager role is a natural fit as he spends his days addressing community needs, such as filling work orders and troubleshooting issues. Eric says that he really appreciates the leadership of CEO John Farizell and how it makes RPMS a great place to work.

When he’s not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, especially working out and playing with his five-year-old son. He also likes to play video games when he can and is trying to improve his golf game. As a beer enthusiast, Eric appreciates the wide variety of breweries available in San Diego. One of his recent favorites is Culver Beer in Carlsbad. RPMS is excited to welcome Eric to the team!
