RPMS is excited to welcome Jake Cherubin as our Senior Accountant. Jake’s versatile accounting background will most certainly be an asset to RPMS and our commitment to fiscal transparency in commercial and community property management.

Originally from Los Angeles, Jake graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. His accounting career began in public accounting, and after gaining a couple of years of experience serving a diverse range of clients, he earned his CPA licensure. Following his time in public accounting, Jake had an opportunity to join a dynamic startup in the nascent cannabis industry. During his time with the startup, he led the organization through the implementation of new accounting standards and external audits for the consolidated company comprising six legal entities. 

In late 2023, a job opportunity with RPMS caught his attention, and a meeting with CEO John Farizell proved that this fast-growing organization would be a good fit for his proficiency in finance and accounting. Jake looks forward to using his accounting expertise to contribute to the growth of RPMS.

In his free time, Jake enjoys outdoor activities with his partner Kim, particularly pickleball and skiing.
