RPMS is pleased to introduce a new staff member, Property Manager Jennifer McDaniel. A southern California native with years of experience in the industry, Jennifer is a welcome addition to the RPMS team. 

Born and raised in Encinitas, Jennifer has seen firsthand how North County has changed and grown over the years. She attended San Diego State University and graduated with a degree in anthropology in 2008. After college, she spent some time in San Francisco before returning to San Diego to attend culinary school. Her career in property management began when a friend’s parents needed help assisting members in an onsite clubhouse. Jennifer stepped in and later moved to another firm where her role expanded to managing properties and she earned her CAI certification.

With strengths in customer service and problem-solving, Jennifer is a natural fit for RPMS. She enjoys the challenge of addressing ever-changing client needs and finds it rewarding to help clients in difficult situations. 

When she’s not working, Jennifer can be found spending time with her family enjoying all the busyness that comes with three young children. She also likes to cook and bake, spend time in the garden, and travel. RPMS is excited to welcome Jennifer to the team!
