RPMS is pleased to introduce Associate Community Manager, Eric Oliva. Originally from Chile with an extensive background in administration, Eric is a wonderful addition to the RPMS team. 

Eric was born and raised in Chile and spent much of his career as an officer in the Chilean Navy while also earning his Masters in Business Administration. He retired as a Lieutenant in 2022 and moved to the United States shortly after to be closer to his wife’s family and seek new opportunities. Since his retirement as a Naval Officer, Eric spent some time in sales before ultimately deciding it wasn’t the right fit. He found RPMS through a mutual colleague and is enjoying his new role.  

Eric’s various positions in the Navy provided him with the administration skills needed to help manage several commercial properties. With strengths in management and budgeting, the Associate Community Manager role is a natural fit as he spends his days addressing community needs, such as filling work orders and troubleshooting issues. Eric says that he really appreciates the leadership of CEO John Farizell and how it makes RPMS a great place to work.

When he’s not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, especially working out and playing with his five-year-old son. He also likes to play video games when he can and is trying to improve his golf game. As a beer enthusiast, Eric appreciates the wide variety of breweries available in San Diego. One of his recent favorites is Culver Beer in Carlsbad. RPMS is excited to welcome Eric to the team!
