RPMS WELCOMES TEAM MEMBER CRYSTAL BENTLE

RPMS is excited to introduce Crystal Bentle, who serves as a Community Manager and Transition and Escrow Coordinator. Crystal’s background in account management and customer service makes her a wonderful fit for the RPMS team.
Crystal grew up helping her family on their cherry farm in Sunnyvale, California. She then attended Chico State, graduating with a degree in Organizational Communication and a Minor in Human Resources. She worked for Marriott International for many years as an Account Executive and later served as the General Manager for an educational services company. She credits both positions with providing her extensive experience in customer service. Crystal also feels her time as PTA President at a local elementary school paved the way for her current role of Community Manager, as she learned much about managing budgets, overseeing a Board of Directors, and following protocols.
Crystal currently manages five residential properties, assisting the communities with their day-to-day needs and overseeing the operations of the Board for each property. As a Transition and Escrow Coordinator, she works with other RPMS team members to assist new clients during their onboarding process and facilitate the transition of outgoing clients. She proactively gathers every key property detail to ensure a smooth, efficient, and stress-free escrow process.
Outside of work, Crystal likes to spend time with her husband and two teenage children. She enjoys wine tasting and traveling and is looking forward to visiting Japan this summer. She loves to be outdoors and takes as many walks with her dog as possible. Crystal is a valued member of the team and exemplifies the RPMS commitment to dedication and care with every client.
