RPMS is excited to introduce Community Manager, Colby Angel. Raised in Virginia, Colby has been an asset from the moment he joined the company. He originally started as an Executive Administrator, quickly earning a reputation for reliability, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever he was needed. His strong performance and dedication led to his recent promotion to Community Manager, where he now supports associations with the same professionalism and care that defined his earlier role.

Colby returned to San Diego in 2025 after running his own landscaping business in Virginia. As a small business owner, he was responsible for managing all facets of the company, including administration, financial tasks, and sales. His experience with the behind-the-scenes elements laid the foundation for his current role, where he assists property owners with accounting and tech issues, as well as providing transition support.

Colby also attended cosmetology school and worked for a few years as a barber, furthering his customer service skills and his ability to work with all kinds of people. He enjoys helping the Owners and having the chance to develop relationships. Colby says that CEO John Farizell is the best boss he’s worked for and that his coworkers make RPMS an ideal work environment.

Outside of work, Colby enjoys camping and hiking all over California. He’s learning to surf and takes every chance he gets to play golf. As a resident of downtown Oceanside, he appreciates the vibrant night life and trying out new spots around North County. RPMS is thrilled to have Colby as a part of the team, knowing that clients appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and thorough attention to detail.
