RPMS is happy to announce the addition of a new team member, Property Manager Nora Johnson. A San Diego native, Nora is excited to be working in beautiful Liberty Station where she attended High Tech High. 

Following high school, Nora studied at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island where she earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. After college, Nora took a position with Omni Hotels in New York City, later transitioning to Director of Restaurants for Omni in Boston. Most recently Nora worked to open a new Omni property near the Vikings practice facility in Minnesota before returning to San Diego to be closer to her family.

With her background in hospitality, Nora brings a wealth of experience in customer service and will surely prove to be a valuable asset to RPMS clientele. Nora describes her role in Liberty Station as, “preserving the historic integrity and exterior beauty of Liberty Station, while helping to make it as accessible and enjoyable as possible for all visitors and guests.” She appreciates the mix of both modern services and historical significance.

When she’s not working, Nora is busy studying to get her MBA at Point Loma Nazarene University. She also enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and the occasional camping trip in the rooftop tent on her Jeep. RPMS is excited to welcome Nora to the team.

This spring Reliable Property Management Services, along with partner company Dependable Property Management Services, will sponsor baseball teams through Encinitas National Little League. RPMS & DPMS are excited to support this program that provides an enormous benefit to youth in the local community.

Encinitas National Little League (www.enll.org) is a volunteer-run organization that will host over 500 baseball players this spring. In addition to helping players learn and develop baseball skills, the ENLL program focuses on the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and of course fun! The funds provided by sponsors like RPMS and DPMS enable the league to cover over $100k in operation costs, including field rental and maintenance, equipment, and a brand new scoreboard.

Every week hundreds of parents, grandparents, and community members gather to cheer on ENLL baseball players. Reliable Property Management Services recently took on the management of two prestigious communities in the La Costa area of Carlsbad: La Costa Cay and Flave La Costa. Both properties boast a variety of amenities and beautiful golf course views.

For the third year running, Reliable Property Management Services sponsored a youth flag football team with the Friday Night Lights program. RPMS is honored to support youth sports programs that serve the local community.

The North County Coast division of the Friday Light Nights program (nccfnl.com) offers flag football teams and cheerleading for kids from kindergarten up to 8th grade. Over 15,000 boys and girls play through the FNL program in 11 different leagues across the country. The FNL mission is to provide a quality sports program to players of all skill levels. 

Team sponsorship is crucial for funding the costs of operation for FNL in north county San Diego. The donations provided by sponsors like RPMS help to cover the costs of field rental, equipment, and insurance while keeping player registration fees at a manageable level.

Reliable Property Management Services is proud to support the Santee Santas Foundation, a local non-profit organization that assists families in need. This past holiday season, RPMS was able to open its doors to the Santee Santas during their annual Christmas toy and food drive.

The Santee Santas annual holiday donation drive serves approximately 300 families and senior citizens in the local community. With around 1000 boxes of donations to sort through, a key component of the program is a facility where toys and food can be stored, sorted, and prepared for families to pick up.

As an all-volunteer organization, the Santee Santas aim for minimal administrative costs with the majority of donated funds going to community assistance. In order to help keep costs down, RPMS was happy to provide a location for storage and preparation during the holiday drive, as well as a Covid-compliant pick-up site for families in need.
