RPMS is excited to introduce Sarah Olsen as our new Property Manager. Sarah will serve as the onsite manager for longtime client, Liberty Station, a 360+ acre mixed-use development in Point Loma.

Sarah grew up in Salt Lake City and worked as a professional hairstylist and educator for 17 years. During her time as a stylist, she had an opportunity to manage a studio salon suite franchise spanning five locations totaling 170 units, while simultaneously running her own small business venture. These roles provided her with valuable experience in property management and business operations. Sarah eventually earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University before moving to San Diego in 2020.

When Sarah came across an RPMS job posting, she liked the idea of working for a small company with a more personal feel. She especially enjoys working with Liberty Station because of its unique historical component as a former Naval Training Center. Sarah says she’s learned more about San Diego’s history through her work at Liberty Station and enjoys the challenge of working on such a large property. She describes her role as, “strategically managing the preservation of the property’s history while enhancing operational systems and processes for the benefit of Liberty Station businesses, patrons and community.”

Outside of work, Sarah is a musician and enjoys year-round live music in San Diego with her husband, who is also a musician. Fun facts: Sarah used to play bass in a band and was introduced to her husband by a mutual bandmate. During a recent trip on a bareboat charter in Tahiti, they discovered a love for sailing and plan to obtain ASA certification this spring. RPMS is excited to welcome Sarah to the team.
